By Light’s Integrated Communications Vehicle (ICV) built on a Ml 152Al HMMWV provides power systems and air conditioned equipment racks for wide and local area networking and communications. The ICV supports SHF, UHF and BGAN communication paths for up to four local network enclaves. Operators use By Light’s network control matrix to securely access supported networks.
