The QMS consists of policies, plans, procedure documentation, and processes integrated in order to facilitate contract support in operations management, and most importantly, provide our customers with quality services. By Light’s QMS provides a Quality model of day-to-day operations, fulfilling the requirements of the contract, and achieving customer satisfaction. The QMS manages a variety of processes used to ensure quality, including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Document and Record Review, and Control of Nonconforming Services. All areas are measured against the expectation for 100% customer satisfaction.
