By Light has a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and pre-positioned IT capability in protected data centers. Continued reliance on and expansion of cloud hosting and exercise of COOP capabilities ensures access to work products and allows for the timely transmission of deliverables to customers in accordance with contract requirements. By Light has clear policies and guidelines for employees in cases of inclement weather and other emergencies as well as a quarterly tested recall roster to ensure we are aware of the status of all employees whenever emergencies occur.
